Embrasse will be celebrating Bastille Day in a fun, traditional and relaxed manner. We will be serving typically French dishes with chef Nicolas Poelaert paying homage to the Bastille dinners of his childhood.
Our Bastille dinner menu will be:
Jacquesson cuvée 734 champagne on arrival
My father’s onion soup, gruyere cheese and croutons
Warm heirloom vegetable and grain salad with smoked haddock
Braised beef cheeks with Bourguignon sauce
Cheese from over there
Rhubarb and pear tart with Chantilly cream
