FOODSERVICE CHEF OF THE YEAR - May 28th, 2012

Nic will be travelling to Sydney to defend his Chef Of The Year title on May 28th. Last year he won $10,000 which was a great reward for his 90 minutes of hard work comprising a 3 course menu for the four judges from a surprise ingredient box.

NGV PERSIMMON DINNER - July 11th, 2012

The NGV is hosting a series of French inspired dinners at Persimmon restaurant to compliment their exhibition Napoleon: Revolution to Empire. Nic will be creating a dinner on July 11th in collaboration with Persimmon’s, Terry Clark. Guest’s will be treated to a tailored six course degustation expertly matched with wine, with prices beginning at $150 per person.
